I have been in real estate since 1992 and with ERA Sunrise Realty all but 5 years of that time. I left to open my own company and found out that I could not provide my customers and clients the products nor the services I could with ERA Sunrise Realty. So I came back. I have worked in the resale & new construction areas of residential real estate, commercial, large tracts of land for residential and commercial development. I love working in the real estate industry for several reason; I am learning something new and interesting everyday, I am always meeting new people, I help families and individuals realize their dreams or meet their goals, and of course there is no feeling like the feeling of being at a closing with a first time home buyer and presenting them with the keys to their first home.

I grew up in Cherokee County which makes me a minority in this town. But that just means I have a lot of people to meet.

My specialty would be any part of real estate you might need. Whether it is a resale home, a new construction home, an investment property, a foreclosure, HUD, lot to build your dream home on or large parcel to develop or hold for future development.

I have several hobbies when I have the time. I love first and foremost to spend time with my grandson. I love to garden and just spend time outdoors. I do love to sew and enjoy all of these very much.
